1) What happened to the Intergalactic Sailor War theme? I loved that idea-- still do-- but it was way too ambitious for the number of players I had, so I had to change.
2) Why is this game set in the Asgaard System instead of the Sol? There are so many Earth-based RPGs already, and I wanted mine to be different. I've fallen in love with Planet Freya, so when I had to narrow the focus of the game to one system, it was no contest.
3) Can my character still come from somewhere else? Yes, foreign Senshi (both canonical and fan-made) are allowed. Just be aware that the Asgaardian Senshi are the main characters here, so other Senshi may have to work harder to find their place in the story.
4) What positions are available for men? Any of the Asgaardian Senshi may be male, and you may create male Senshi from other systems or male civilians. Note that all male Senshi are Tuxedo Kamen-style Senshi, not Sailor Senshi. And no, the Sailor Starlights are not men-- they're women who can disguise themselves as men.
5) What year is this game set in? I've set it far in the future-- like a thousand years or so-- because returning all those crystals in just a few years seems unrealistic. I'll leave it to individual players' preferences whether their Senshi are newly born, ageless, or have lived many lives since the series' end.
6) Is this game based more on the anime or manga? I like to mix and adapt source material, so the game's canon is a mixture of anime, manga, and myu. Create with any or all of those in mind and you should be fine-- I'm flexible. The one thing I ask is that you not use any dub terms or references.
7) Who are the "bad guys" around here? If possible, I would rather this board not become just another "all Senshi vs. X villain" or MotD situation. If certain charas emerge as "baddies" over the course of the story, that's fine, but I'd rather it happen organically than being planned out.
8) So what's the plan, then? I would like to encourage a "Senshi Ragnarok" storyline, with disagreements and in-fighting between the Senshi themselves. I'm also open to the idea of outside invaders, especially ones who may seem nice or harmless at first. Creation of side storylines is also encouraged-- the more complex the story becomes, the more I will probably like it!

10) Do guardian animals count towards my character limit? If they're meant to act as guardian animals only (like anime/manga Luna), they can be NPCed as needed. If they have powers of their own (like Sailor Luna), they count as charas.
11) Do weapons count the same as powers? A weapon in itself doesn't count as a power. If you use that weapon in a non-conventional way, i.e. a sword that shoots lightning, a spear that can open an interdimensional portal, etc. that counts as a power. The same is true of objects, i.e. having a cloak in itself is not a power, but a cloak of invisibility is.
12) What is the age range for Senshi? Most awaken in their teens or twenties. Younger than teen-aged charas need a valid reason for awakening so early. There is no ceiling on Senshi ages.
13) Are all the Asgaardian Senshi a team? Living in the same place doesn't guarantee you like or even know one another. Except in a few special cases (see this thread for details) they'll have to meet and form opinions/alliances the old-fashioned way.
14) Can Senshi "sense" the energy of others and know who's a Senshi? The only way to know a Senshi in her civvie form is if you see her henshin or she tells you outright who she is.
15) Can I have a link to my site in my sig? If you have a graphic sig of your character or something that represents her, you may make the pic a link to your site. Do not link your site with text or a banner/button for your site, as that is tacky. You may post a full-blown advert for your site in the Pimping section, if you wish.
16) I would like an avatar sprite and/or a smiley to use in the box. How do I get one? Sprites and smileys are simple to make in any art program. Upload box avvies to a short URL (like tinypic) and paste the URL in the e-mail/URL field to use them. Smileys you can send me the link to put in. The box resizes avvies to 45x45. I prefer smileys no larger than 30x30. Make sure the BG is transparent before uploading.
If you haven't got an art program or the skill to use one, send a picture or detailed description of what you want and I'll see what I can do.
17) Why is my post count not going up? Post counts go up when you post IC. Not just posting in the game proper-- posting a chara journal, IC goofing off, or in The Fish Tank will all raise your post count.
18) Sailor Freya?! WTF, mate? That idea came from Neo-Queen Serenity on Court Intrigue, where Galaxia was guest-starring in a holiday special. She said if Gala loved and cared for her world and gave it a name, it would blossom to life. Since Senshi are named for their represented objects, naming the world would rename the character. It is not canonical, and this board is the only place the name is in use.
19) What's with the fish? His name is Jaki and he is a black and gold halfmoon betta fish given to Galaxia, again by the queen, while she was hanging out in the box at Court Intrigue. I've become quite attached, so when I made my board, he naturally followed.
20) Er, you know some of your spellings are weird, right? I chose them mostly for aesthetic appeal (i.e. Skaadi vs. Skadi, just looks cooler to me, or Baldr vs. Balder. . . 'cause nobody would play a "Balder"). Call it artistic liberty ^^ .
21) How come you call yourself "Queen" and your mods "Minions"? For the same reason the online/offline messages are pretentious, the member map is named oddly, etc. It's just something that amuses me.
22) Why is your box called "Ithavoll"? Apparently, in the Poetic Edda, it's the meeting place of the gods. It was the most clever thing I could come up with on short notice ^^; .
