1) Not all Senshi have to be humanoid. In fact, creativity and diversity in character creation is encouraged!

2) Fuku Style: There is no set design for fuku, but I would like armour to be the central Asgaardian theme. It can be anything from a couple of pieces to the whole fuku, in any style you like, so long as it's there. That goes for both male and female Asgaardians.
Please do not create a Sol-style fuku if your character is not from the Sol System.

3) All female Senshi must have a Sailor Collar. No matter who you are, where you're from, or whether you're humanoid-- if you're a Sailor Senshi, you have to have one. It's canonical.

4) Male Senshi are not Sailor Senshi. This is also canonical. You cannot use gender-changing as a loophole to turn a male chara into a Sailor Senshi.

5) Naming of male Senshi: Tuxedo Kamen is named for his costume. If you can think of something cool on those lines, fine. Otherwise, relate your name to your planet, powers, occupation-- if it makes sense, I'll probably accept it.

6) Naming of Star Senshi: If you can come up with a "Sailor Star (function)" name that doesn't sound like crap, have at it. Otherwise you'll have to settle for "Sailor Antares", "Sailor Vega", etc.

7) I encourage you to invent strange and interesting new powers for your Senshi, within reason. Don't choose powers randomly because they sound cool-- find your character's theme and stick to it.
Not all powers are offensive, not all are super-strong, and there have to be reasonable limitations.

8) Most Senshi awaken into their powers as teens. Older Senshi are fine, but a child Senshi needs a good reason in her profile for why she's awakened so early.

9) You cannot automatically declare yourself a relative, lover, or friend of any other chara without permission from both the other player and myself. See this thread for exceptions.

10) If your chara has a civilian name, try to make the meaning significant. That's just how things work in BSSM.
Asian-sounding names are assumed to be in Eastern order (family name first), and Western-sounding names are assumed to be in Western order (given name first) unless otherwise specified.

11) Most Senshi start in their basic Senshi forms. Older charas (late teens and up) may begin on a higher level. Senshi levels are discussed here.

12) All Senshi must be representatives of some celestial object. Yes, that includes all foreign Senshi, as well. Note the celestial body you represent does not have to exist in real life, but if you invent one it must be realistically named.
If your represented object really exists, include a credible reference to its reality and location in your profile.

Rules of Conduct

1) Do not use the name of any Senshi unless/until you've been accepted to the role.

2) The Golden Rule is in effect-- treat others the way you would like to be treated.

3) IC goofing off in the box is fine, but even charas have to mind the rules.
