Premades-- good or bad idea?

I'm putting this in Q&C rather than RP Discussion so guests can weigh in if they like.

One problem I've noticed with getting spots filled on this board is people who say they have no ideas for charas. I thought maybe having a few adoptable premades might attract some of those people to join. Adopters would have to write appropriate RP samples, of course, and may change some things about the charas if they want, but otherwise the profiles would be all filled out.

Your thoughts?

I think having a few premade accounts would be a good idea. Maybe give a few detailed ideas for character history as well?
